Welcome to the Office of Delta County Sheriff! Our Office serves some 38,208 citizens who reside within its 1,170 square mile radius. The Office of the Delta County Sheriff currently employs 12 uniformed Road Patrol Deputies, under the supervision of Lt. James Harrington. The department Detective, Sergeant Dan Johnson, is in charge of criminal investigations. Lt. Harrinton works Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm E. S. T. An undercover narcotics investigator from the department is assigned to the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (U.P.S.E.T.), a conglomerate of Upper Peninsula Law Enforcement agencies.
