ROLL CALL

PRESENT: Commissioners Bengry, Elegeert, Ruohomaki and Schultz.

EXCUSED: Commissioner Rivard.

The meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room of the State Office Building by Clerk Kolich.

VII. NEW BUSINESS

1. Parks Budget.

Moved by Commissioner Ruohomaki and seconded by Commissioner Bengry to recommend that the Ad hoc Committee recommendations be tabled until March 4^th as requested by the Parks Board. MOTION CARRIED.

Airport Budget.

Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to recommend that the Ad hoc Committee recommendations be tabled until April 15^th as requested. MOTION CARRIED.

Moved by Commissioner Ruohomaki and seconded by Commissioner Schultz to recommend that the Airport and Parks Manager position be eliminated and a Airport Manager position be created. MOTION CARRIED. Bengry opposed.

VII. PUBLIC COMMENT

Dave McEntire inquired if the Board received a letter from the AFSCME union.

Terry Glimn inquired if the city maintains taxing authority for new buildings at the airport.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Commissioner Ruohomaki and seconded by Commissioner Schultz to adjourn at 11:00 a.m.
