Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by
Commissioner Rivard to approve the minutes of the

Commissioner Ruohomaki to receive the Administrator’s report and place on
file. MOTION CARRIED.

Conservation District Report.
Rory
Mattson, Executive Director, presented a written report of activities to the
Board.
X. GENERAL ORDERS OF BUSINESS
VI. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Superior
Health Code.
Don
Shirley, Delta County Drain Commissioner and Chair of the Superior Health Code
ad hoc committee, updated the Board on the progress of the committee.
B. NEW BUSINESS
1. Payment of Bills.
Moved by Commissioner Rivard and seconded by
Commissioner Schultz to approve the bills in the amount of $304,687.12, as
presented. MOTION CARRIED.
2.
Resolution of Intent to Create a Brownfield Authority.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by
Commissioner Rivard to adopt the Resolution of Intent for Establishing
Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, as presented. MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by Commissioner Rivard and seconded by
Commissioner Ruohomaki to set the Public Hearing for the Establishment of the
Brownfield Redevelopment Authority for

Meeting request.

XI. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
Rory Mattson, Delta County Conservation
District Executive Director, recommend that amendments be made part of the
Superior Code at the same time and open to public comment.
