PRESENT:   Commissioners Bengry, Elegeert, Rivard, Ruohomaki, Schultz

 

ABSENT:   None.

 

ALSO PRESENT:  Prosecutor Steve Parks; Kaye Rowlands, Jerry Beattie, and Bob Murphy - AFSCME

 

          The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room of the State Office Building by Delta County Clerk, Nancy Kolich.

 

 

Special Conference with AFSCME Courthouse Chapter.

 

I.   New Position in Prosecutor’s Office.

     More information requested by April 30th, to be put on May 6th

meting agenda.

II.  Status of requested cover letter to MERS regarding our Letter of Agreement.

     Sent to Rob Noa, MERS.

III. Violence in the Workplace Policy.

     Moved by Commissioner Rivard and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to adjourn at 11:15 a.m.
