PRESENT: Commissioners Bengry, Rivard, and Ruohomaki.

EXCUSED: Commissioners Elegeert and Schultz.

The meeting was called to order at 10:08 a.m. in the Conference Room of the State Office Building by Committee Chairman Bengry.

III. COMMUNICATIONS

None.

VI. NEW BUSINESS

1. Special Conference with AFSCME LaCroix Grievance.

Moved by Commissioner Rivard and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to recommend allowing the Administrator to gather information and bring the information back to the Board within the 15 days allowed.

MOTION CARRIED.

2. Policy Manual.

Changes to the Policy Manual were reviewed.

3. Director of Maintenance.

The Administrator was directed to present options.

4. Board Appointments.

Information was presented by Administrator Erickson on which appointments have been made by district. The Administrator recommended that a notice of request for applications for committee appointments be posted annually in August in the press.

5. Committee of the Whole Procedure.

Discussion on Committee of the Whole procedures and scheduling.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Commissioner Rivard and supported by Commissioner Ruohomaki to adjourn at 12:23 p.m.
