ROLL CALL

PRESENT: Commissioners Bengry, Rivard and Schultz.

ABSENT: Commissioners Elegeert and Ruohomaki.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room 208 of the Delta County Courthouse by Committee Chairman Bengry.

VII. NEW BUSINESS

1. In Lieu of Insurance payments - MERS.

Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Rivard to get answers to the following questions and get back to AFSCME as soon as possible. MOTION CARRIED.

1. When did MERS change and when did bookkeeper make change? 2. Can change be made to accommodate contract?

3. Why the inconsistencies between employees?

4. List of employees with in lieu of benefits.

Moved by Commissioner Schultz and supported by Commissioner Rivard to adjourn at 10:26 a.m.
