Bill Finlan addressed the Board regarding his concerns regarding Peter
Mark’s appointment.
William Nelson addressed the Board with his
concerns regarding Road Commission appointments and also regarding building permit requirements.

concerning legal fees and settlement in the Road Commission lawsuit against
him.
