meeting was called to order at
VII. NEW
BUSINESS
A.
Finance
1. Airport
PFC Fund, end of year disposition.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Bengry to
recommend that interest earned on PFC monies be allocated to the PFC fund
account. MOTION CARRIED.
2. Parks
Due to funds.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded
by Commissioner Ruohomaki to recommend to put the $14,181 due the County from
the Parks be put into a Park’s Capitol Improvement fund which would collect
interest to the fund as non-precedent setting.
MOTION CARRIED.
B. Personnel
1. Airport
Manager Contract.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded
by Commissioner Rivard to recommend adding the corrections to the contract as
stated, including salary option 2, to be printed and brought back to the Board
to decide at that time. MOTION CARRIED.
2. Maintenance
Director.
Moved by Commissioner Ruohomaki and
seconded by Commissioner Schultz to recommend that a Committee of the Whole
meeting be scheduled to interview the 6 applicants for the Maintenance Director
position, at the convenience of the
applicants and the Board. MOTION
CARRIED.
