PRESENT: Commissioners Bengry, Elegeert, Rivard, and Schultz.

EXCUSED: Commissioner Ruohomaki.

The meeting was called to order at 10:32 a.m. in the Conference Room 222 of the Delta County Courthouse State Office Building by Chairman Elegeert.

VII. NEW BUSINESS

1. Pension Issue.

Moved by Commissioner Rivard and seconded by Commissioner Schultz to recommend to turn over the Letter of Agreement received with the attorney’s opinion to the Union and to Mr. Buckland. MOTION CARRIED.

VII. PUBLIC COMMENT

Duane Buckland addressed his concerns regarding communication between the Board and Administration on this MERS issue.

Kaye Rowlands, AFSCME Local Union President, addressed the Board with several concerns regarding this MERS issue.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Rivard to adjourn at 10:55 a.m.
