The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. in the Circuit Courtroom of the Delta County Court by County Clerk Nancy J. Kolich.

VI. NEW BUSINESS

1. Bengton Lawsuit Settlement.

Moved by Commissioner Rivard and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to approve the settlement of $100,000 to Mr. Bengston as recommended by our counsel and MMRMA.
