PRESENT: Commissioners Bengry, Elegeert, Rivard, and Ruohomaki.

EXCUSED: Commissioner Schultz.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room 222 of the Delta County Courthouse by Delta County Clerk Nancy J. Kolich.

VI. NEW BUSINESS

1. Special Conference with AFSCME Courthouse Chapter.

Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to recommend a Letter of Agreement with the AFSCME Courthouse Unit to allow “in lieu of insurance benefits” to be calculated as wages for MERS retirement benefits. MOTION CARRIED.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Commissioner Ruohomaki and seconded by Commissioner Bengry to adjourn at 10:19 a.m.
