County Board of Commissioners

Dear Commissioners:

A Committee of the Whole Meeting of the Delta County Board of Commissioners is scheduled for November 27, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room of the State Office Building.

Moved by Commissioner Ruohomaki and seconded by Commissioner Schultz to recommend that the Board members send the Administrator evaluations to the Personnel Committee to tabulate, make copies and distribute to all the Board members.  MOTION CARRIED.

     2.  Internet Access Policy.

Moved by Commissioner Rivard and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to recommend adoption of the Electronic Mail and Internet Access Policy presented to include union activity to be included under prohibited uses.  MOTION CARRIED.

Treasurer Sandra Buckland notified the Board that the appropriation to Indigent Care increased.  In August the Board  approved $136,786.50 for Public Health Indigent Care.  The County was billed $146,014 because Iron County backed out of the agreement.  The difference will not change the appropriation made to Public Health.
