A Special Meeting of the Delta County Board of Commissioners is scheduled for December 11, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room of the State Office Building.

ROLL CALL

PRESENT: Commissioners Bengry, Elegeert, Rivard, Ruohomaki and Schultz

ABSENT: None.

The meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room of the State Office Building by Clerk Kolich.

VI. NEW BUSINESS

1. Health Insurance Cap.

Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to increase the 2008 Insurance Cap for the non-union, non-contracted and elected employees, to bring parody with the contracted employees, to be taken out of the insurance line item of each budget with the difference coming from the general fund, with the recommendation that the Administrator meet with the individuals affected before March 2008, so that it can be included in the budget process and the elected officials compensation can be set prior to the candidate filing deadline. MOTION CARRIED.

2. Internet Access Policy.

Moved by Commissioner Rivard and seconded by Commissioner Bengry to accept the Internet Access Policy as presented. MOTION CARRIED.

VII. MEETING SCHEDULE

Tuesday December 18, 2007 at 5:15 p.m. in the Circuit Courtroom.

Finance Meeting Thursday December 20, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in room 222 in the Courthouse.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Rivard to adjourn at 11:15 a.m.
