ROLL CALL

PRESENT:  Commissioners Bengry, Elegeert, Ruohomaki, Schultz

ABSENT:   Commissioner Nelson. Commissioner Bengry left at 2:50 p.m.

          The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room B of the State Office Building by Finance Chair Schultz.

              

V.   GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS

     None.

 

VII. NEW BUSINESS

     1  Prosecutor’s salary.

        Moved by Commissioner Ruohomaki and seconded by Commissioner Elegeert to recommend approving the Prosecutor’s salary increase to $90,000 if the Prosecutor accepts the Defined Contribution and Insurance Plan D, or $87,500 if he accepts the Defined Contribution and another insurance plan.  MOTION CARRIED.

 

 

     2. Insurance Cap.

        No action taken.

 

3.  Insurance Plan D.

         Plan D is offered as presented – employee pay deductible of $1250 for single and $2500 family plan.

 

     

VIII.  ADJOURNMENT

 

     Moved by Commissioner Elegeert and supported by Commissioner Ruohomaki to adjourn at 3:15 p.m.
