VIII. PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS
Rory Mattson, Director Delta County Soil
Conservation, introduced their new administrative assistant, Rachel Miron.
Don Shirley, Delta County Drain Commissioner,
requested the Board approve 10 members to the Airport Advisory Board.
Peter
Mark addressed the Board with his concerns on who would appoint additional
members to the Airport Advisory Board.

Commissioner Schultz to receive the Administrator’s report and place on
file. MOTION CARRIED.
X. GENERAL ORDERS OF BUSINESS
A. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Postage Machine – Treasurer’s office.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and
seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve leasing a Pitney Bowes postage
machine for the Treasurer’s office for 4 years at a cost of approximately $1,740
a year to be paid from the summer tax collection fund pending guarantee of a 48
hour replacement of broken machine.

Millage Apportionment Report as presented by
Equalization Director Rick Lindstrom. MOTION

Resolution establishing the Delta County Airport Advisory Board with 10 members
as recommended by the Airport and Parks Board.

resolution for the MDOT Master agreement giving Chairman Thomas Elegeert and
County Clerk Nancy J. Kolich authorization to sign documents in connection with
the Master Agreement No. 2007-0200. MOTION
