ROLL CALL

PRESENT: Commissioners Bengry, Elegeert, Nelson, Ruohomaki and Schultz.

ABSENT: None.

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Circuit Courtroom of the Delta County Courthouse by Chairman Elegeert.

V. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS

None.

VII. NEW BUSINESS

1. 2006-07 Budget.

Health Department, Historical Society, UPCAP, EDA, Bonifas Art, Chamber of Commerce, Soil Conservation, Fire Fund, Library Board -Penal Fines, and Capitol Outlay requests were reviewed.

Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to recommend changing the Historical Society appropriation to $1000 for 2006-07. MOTION CARRIED.

Recessed at 6:12 p.m.

Reconvened at 6:17 p.m.

VIII. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT

Paul Neumeier addressed the Board concerning a county Brownfield Plan for Nahma and 60 day window for grants.

Rory Mattson addressed the Board with his concerns with Environmental Health.

IX. ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Bengry to adjourn at 7:05 p.m.
