PRESENT: Commissioners Bengry, Nelson, Ruohomaki and Schultz.

ABSENT: Commissioner Elegeert.

The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m. in the Conference Room of the State Building by Vice-Chair Schultz.

V. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS

None.

VII. NEW BUSINESS

1. 2006-07 Budget Departments and Appropriations Requests.

Friend of the Court, Connie Osier; County Clerk and Register of Deeds, Nancy Kolich; Administrator, Joseph Erickson, Prosecuting Attorney, Steven Parks; Equalization Director, Rick Lindstrom; County Treasurer, Sandy Buckland; Building and Maintenance Director, Craig Olson; MSU Extension Director, Julie Moberg, and Sheriff Gary Ballweg reviewed their budgets with the Board. A general overview of the proposed 2006-07 Budget was presented by Administrator Joseph Erickson. Mr. Erickson will put together a schedule of Committee of the Whole Budget meetings to meet with individual departments.

Recessed at 3:15 p.m.

Reconvened at 3:20 p.m.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Commissioner Nelson and seconded by Commissioner Bengry to adjourn at 5:05 p.m.
