Commissioner Bengry to approve $52,000 for the Application of a $1.7 million grant
for the Airport Runway Project.

Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to appoint Bill Kwarciany to the Building Authority Board. MOTION CARRIED.

1. Payment of Bills.
None.

2005 Remonumentation Report.
County Surveyor Mel Davis presented the
2005 Remonumentation Report: Remonumented 186 corners
in 2005 at an average cost of $630 per corner for a total of $117,180 paid from
the Remonumentation Fund collected through the Register of Deeds office.
3.
2006 Remonumentation Contract.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded
by Commissioner Ruohomaki to approve the 2006 Remonumentation Contract with
County Surveyor Mel Davis. MOTION
CARRIED.
4.
Communications.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded
by Commissioner Nelson to develop a County Master Plan with a vision of the
future with goals and objectives, 5 & 10 year Financial Plan be developed,
each Commissioner receive a weekly memo as to what is happening currently in
the county, and that the Administrator be given this task effective tomorrow.

Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by
Commissioner Nelson to appoint Bill Kwarciany to the
Building Authority Board. MOTION CARRIED.

Cutter and Donald Johnson to the Pathways Board. MOTION CARRIED.
The
March 7 Board of Commissioners meeting is cancelled due to a lack of a quorum
available.
