by Commissioner Bengry to approve payment of the bills. MOTION CARRIED.
V.2. 911 billing from Van Essen.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by
Commissioner Bengry to approve payment to Silver and Van Essen for $8,657.17
for September 911 Legal Services. MOTION

V.3. Material and Labor for half door in
Circuit Court.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by
Commissioner Nelson to approve payment to Kenneth Lessard in the amount of $861
for materials and labor for a half door in the Circuit Court Chambers. MOTION CARRIED.

MERS Benefit.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and
seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve the MERS Benefit changes for the 6
contracted employees. MOTION CARRIED.

Administrator Erickson and Commissioners Ruohomaki and Schultz to the
negotiation committee for the Courthouse AFSCME Contract. MOTION CARRIED.

by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to pay the
expenses for Administrator Erickson and Chairman Elegeert to meet with Mary
Ellen Cromwell, Division Chief of the Land and Water Management Section of the
DEQ in

November 15th meeting. MOTION

resolution to the legislature in support of HB4315 to increase the Road
Commission from 3 to 5 members, and to be apportioned throughout the county in
districts and not at large. MOTION

Commissioner Bengry: Thank you to all who sent cards after his knee
surgery.

Commissioner Nelson: Voiced his concerns with Corporate America.
Commissioner Elegeert: The County Board will meet at 5:15 p.m. on
Thursday December 1st at 5:15 p.m. in the Circuit Courtroom of the
Delta County Courthouse for a Public Hearing on the 911 Plan Amendment.
