Dr. Petrasky, Delta-Menominee
Department of Public Health Director, voiced his concerns with cuts in funding
to the Health Department.

V.3. Security Recorders.
Moved by Commissioner Nelson and seconded by
Commissioner Ruohomaki to approve the purchase of digital video recorders from
Midwest Security Systems, Inc. for $3,762.

and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve payment to Silver and VanEssen
for $293.67 for 911 attorney services. MOTION

and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to approve increasing the County mileage
rate to $0.485 per mile to match the current federal and state standard mileage
rate effective

V.2. 40 hour work week for Equalization
Department.

approve up to 1 extra hour per day on a comp time basis if needed until
V.3. Airport and Parks Request –
Electrical Upgrade.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to
approve an additional $8,000 from the timber cutting revenue to electrical
upgrades to the parks. MOTION CARRIED.

Travel Policy.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to
approve the Out of County Travel Reimbursement Policy as presented. MOTION CARRIED.

Part-time Wage Increase Policy.

approve the Part-time Wage Increase Policy and Pay Schedule as presented. MOTION CARRIED.

and seconded by Commissioner Schultz to approve payment for the Commissioners
to attend the UP Association of County Commissioners Conference that will be
held in Escanaba. MOTION CARRIED.

seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to approve the Delta County Central Dispatch
Authority recommendation of 0.6 mils for the 911 Central Dispatch Authority
Millage for 2005.

Administrator to transfer budget line items
in order to balance the budget within the guidelines as adopted or to comply with State and Federal Statutes. MOTION CARRIED.
B. Moved
by Commissioner Nelson and seconded by Commissioner Schultz to authorize
the Administrator to handle other year end
and housekeeping items. MOTION CARRIED.
C. Moved by Commissioner Schultz and seconded by
Commissioner Ruohomaki to approve the budget amendments
as presented and authorize the Administrator to make any
additional amendments to conform
with the Uniform Budgeting Act. MOTION
