seconded by Commissioner Schultz to receive the Administrator’s report and
place on file. MOTION CARRIED.

1. Payment of Bills.
Moved by Commissioner Nelson and
seconded by Commissioner Schultz to pay the bills in the amount of
$873,341.63. MOTION CARRIED on voice
vote.
2. MDOT
Contract No. 2005-0329.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and
seconded by Commissioner Nelson to authorize the Chairman to sign the MDOT
Contract for purchasing Unicom radios, broadband wireless service and a crowd
control belt system for the Airport for a total cost of $4,455, with a grant
for $4,050 and the county share of $405.
MOTION CARRIED on voice vote.

seconded by Commissioner Schultz to adopt the Delta County Recreation Plan and
Resolution as presented.

COMMISSIONERS CONCERNS
Commissioner Nelson requested that the
Broadcasting of the meetings be put on the Agenda for the next meeting.
Commissioner Ruohomaki: Concerned
about the increase costs
to the
County for electrical, water, building supplies, insurances and what this will
do to our reserve funds. These are costs
that the Board has no control over.
Commissioner Bengry moved and Commissioner Nelson seconded to put
changing the time of the Board meeting to 7:30 p.m. on the agenda for the next
meeting. MOTION CARRIED.
Commissioner Elegeert: The American Legion
Post 301 will be honoring World War II living veterans on August 2nd.
