Attorney Doug Van Essen following the Landfill Authority template. MOTION CARRIED.

Ray LaMarche, Independent Auditor from
Anderson Tackman presented the Audit of the 2003-04 Fiscal year. Moved by
Commissioner Schultz and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to accept Auditor’s
Report. MOTION CARRIED.
2. Planning Commission
Appointment.
Moved by Commissioner Ruohomaki and seconded by Commissioner Schultz to
appoint John Denholm to the Planning Commission. MOTION CARRIED.
B. NEW BUSINESS
1. Payment
of Bills.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to pay
the bills in the amount of $648,379.97. MOTION CARRIED.

$1,000,000 95% Grant, County share is $25,000. MOTION CARRIED.
4. Approval of Construction Contract for
Taxiways and Apron at Airport.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry
and seconded by Commissioner Schultz to approve the Construction Contract for
Taxiways and Apron at the Airport. MOTION CARRIED.
5. Request
from AFSCME to meet in closed session.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by
Commissioner Nelson to honor AFSCME’s request to convene into executive session
to discuss the union contract at
