     A Committee of the Whole meeting of the Delta County Board of Commissioners was held this date, pursuant to the following call:

     A Committee of the Whole Meeting of the Delta County Board of Commissioners is scheduled for Tuesday April 26, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at the Delta Schoolcraft Intermediate School District Conference Room at 2525 3rd Avenue South, Escanaba for the purpose discussing 911 Central Dispatch in Delta County.

     Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to make a recommendation to the County Board to establish a 911 Authority model at the May 3, 2005 meeting.  MOTION CARRIED.

 

     Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to make the recommendation to the County Board May 3rd meeting to go forward to the public with a millage to support a local 911 Dispatch.
