Election Of Vice Chair
Chairman Elegeert opened the
nominations for Vice Chairman. Moved by Commissioner
Nelson and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to nominate Commissioner Bengry
as Vice Chair. There were no other
nominations. MOTION CARRIED.
3. Adoption
of Rules Of Procedure
Moved
by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to adopt the Rules
of Procedure. MOTION CARRIED.
4.
Committee Appointments
The
current Committee appointments stand until the new appointments are made at the
next meeting.

Meeting Schedule
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded
by Commissioner Nelson to cancel the

1. Airport Personnel
Reclassification Request.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by
Commissioner Nelson to approve the job description of Airport Operations
Specialist for the four airport employees with a classification level 12 with
90 day retro pay. MOTION CARRIED.
1. Housekeepers
Reclassification Request.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by
Commissioner Schultz to approve an increase to a level 7 for all Housekeeper
positions with a 90 day retro pay.
MOTION CARRIED.
2. Senior Accountant
Reclassification Request.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to
approve authorize a letter of agreement with the union to add a level 13 to the
courthouse union contract. MOTION
FAILED.
Moved by Commissioner Bengry and seconded by Commissioner Ruohomaki to
receive the minutes and place on file.
MOTION CARRIED.
4. Administrator’s Report.
1. Ren Zone:
URS has updated “exhibit A” and amended the
ALP to identify all of the Ren-Zone parcels.
These items will be sent to the FAA along with the land release request
for the first parcel. We are waiting on
the environmental reviews and appraisals for the other parcels.
Moved by Commissioner Nelson and supported
by Commissioner Schultz to receive the Administrator’s report and place on file. MOTION CARRIED.

The Township Association has been alerted
of the conflict of interest for their appointment to the DATA Board.

BUSINESS
1. Payment of Bills.
Moved by Commissioner Schultz and
seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve payment of the bills in the amount
of $1,470,567.72. MOTION CARRIED.
